Architects Without Borders Cookie and Privacy Policy, September 1, 2021
Introduction
Architects Without Borders (AUG) has adopted this privacy policy, which briefly tells you how AUG processes your personal data to ensure fair and transparent processing. AUG only processes personal data for specific purposes and based on legitimate legitimate interests. AUG only processes personal data that is relevant and necessary to fulfill the stated purposes, and AUG deletes your data as soon as it is no longer necessary and in accordance with the applicable legislation at any time.
For AUG members
AUG only collects the personal data necessary to maintain contact with our members and to collect membership fees.
AUG has varying personal data on our members depending on how the membership fee is paid. Membership fees can be paid in three different ways:
- Online payment service (Stripe): AUG records your name, address and email.
- Giro cards (NETS): AUG registers your name, address, email and phone number.
- Betalingsservice (NETS): AUG registers your name, address, email and phone number.
Members’ personal data is not shared with others and AUG does not disclose personal data to companies for marketing purposes. AUG uses NETS and Stripe for handling membership fees. NETS and Stripe are data processors for AUG and only process personal data to fulfill the above purposes and as instructed by AUG.
Members can always withdraw from the organization and all personal data will be permanently deleted. Members can at any time find out what information AUG stores and members have the right to have requested information deleted. However, deleting personal data (such as email and name) may result in resignation from the organization, as these are necessary for maintaining contact with the organization’s members and collecting membership fees.
AUG also uses Foreningsadministrator to handle contact information and information about joining and leaving the association in connection with the administration of and contact with members of the association. Like NETS and Stripe, Foreningsadministrator is a data processor for AUG and only processes data on behalf of and as instructed by AUG.
By joining AUG, you consent to AUG sending you newsletters.
For members who choose to create a member profile, the creation of a member profile constitutes consent for AUG to store information about the member in question. When a member deletes their profile, all information about the profile is deleted.
