1. introduction

AUG processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Information is used exclusively for:

statistics and analytics
membership administration
payments, including membership fees and donations
Communication
newsletters
bookkeeping

2. Member data

The following information is recorded for all members regardless of payment method:

Name
address
email
phone number
membership number
postal code

The information is stored in Foreningsadminstrator (Association Administrator), which is a digital platform for managing association members.

Data is also registered in OnlineFundraising, which is a digital platform that we use for handling payments. This includes memberships consisting of membership fee only and memberships consisting of membership fee and fixed annual donation, as well as for the administration of tax-deductible payments, where relevant.

Business memberships also register a CVR number to identify the company.

3. Payment of membership fees, donations and purchases

Mobile pay: MobilePay is used for membership payments, including memberships that include an annual donation and for other donations and purchases.

Card payment: QuickPay and Clearhaus are used for dues payments, including memberships that include an annual donation.

Betalingsservice: Nets (Betalingsservice) is used for membership fee payments, including memberships that include an annual donation.

All payment solutions are used exclusively for payment processing and act as data processors for AUG.

Previous payment solution (limited use): Stripe is used for existing memberships that it has not been possible to move to OnlineFundraising in connection with the migration in 2024. These memberships are maintained as long as the existing payment agreement is active and until the member either changes payment method or opts out. Upon cancellation of membership, member data is also deleted in Stripe in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

4. CPR number in relation to tax deductions

You can inform us of your Danish CPR number if you want to receive tax deductions for donations.
Your CPR number is registered exclusively in OnlineFundraising and used for reporting to the Danish Tax Agency. The information is treated confidentially and is not disclosed for other purposes.

5. Newsletters

The Sender.net platform is used for sending newsletters. It can process following data:

membership number
postal code

Newsletters can be unsubscribed at any time via links in emails, after which personal data stored in Sender.net is also deleted.

6. Data processors

Architects Without Borders uses the following companies / services that have access to all or part of the information we have about you as a member:

Quickpay
Clearhaus
Stripe
Online Fundraising
Sender.net
Google Analytics

7. Deletion and storage

Upon cancellation of membership, membership data in the Club Admin is deleted immediately. Data is then included exclusively in anonymized form in member statistics and overall analyses.
Data in OnlineFundraising is anonymized on an ongoing basis for accounting purposes and statutory reporting to the Danish Tax Agency. Data is therefore not deleted immediately upon withdrawal.

8. cookies

Cookies are used for functionality and statistics. Google Analytics is used for anonymized traffic measurement and analysis of user behavior. However, we do not currently use Google Analytics. Google Analytics but may do so at a later date.

9. Your rights

You have the right to:
