Challenging Practice is an independent-learning programme that seeks to enable built environment practitioners to engage critically with the challenge of creating fairer cities. The programme was first set up in 2012 with the aim to bridge the gap between architectural education and practice – specifically focusing on questions of social inclusion and exclusion in cities, and how these can be tackled through design and planning.
The Challenging Practice programme was first designed by an Architecture Sans Frontières International (ASF-int) partnership including ASF-UK, ASF-Spain, ASF-France, ASF-Italy and ASF-Sweden. The programme is now delivered by a broader set of organisations and has been undertaken by over 1000 built environment professionals globally.
This is a free-of-charge CP event by the Training and Research working group of Architecture Sans Frontières International, hosted by Architects Without Borders Denmark.
Venue: Community Hall, entrance B, Fælledvej 12, 2200 Copenhagen N., Denmark. Please arrive at least 5 mins. before start.
